The recruitment process

Five steps from your request to a fully onboarded team

A structured, transparent process with a single point of contact. You always know where your recruitment stands.

Needs assessment

We start with a short consultation to understand your business, the roles you need to fill, required skills and certificates, working conditions, pay, location and start dates. You receive a clear proposal with timeline and terms.

  • Detailed role and skills profile
  • Advice on salary levels, permits and legal requirements in your country
  • Transparent proposal — no hidden costs
Typically 1–3 working days

Candidate selection

Our recruiters search our talent pool and partner networks, pre-screen candidates and run structured interviews, practical skills tests and reference checks. You receive a shortlist with profiles, certificates and test results — and can interview candidates yourself by video.

  • Skills tests (welding, sewing, driving, cooking, etc.)
  • Certificate, licence and reference verification
  • Optional video interviews with your team
Shortlist in 5–10 working days

Documentation & work permits

Once you approve the candidates, we prepare employment contracts and handle the complete permit process: work permits, visas, registrations and any recognition of qualifications — in cooperation with the authorities in your country.

  • Work permit & visa applications prepared and filed
  • Contracts compliant with local labour law and collective agreements
  • Registrations and A1/PD certificates where applicable
around 2 months depending on country and nationality

Onboarding

We organise travel and arrival, coordinate accommodation where required and provide workers with a clear briefing on their job, workplace rules and life in your country. Your new team members arrive informed, motivated and ready to start.

  • Travel coordination and arrival support
  • Pre-departure briefing and safety induction materials
  • Accommodation assistance on request
Agreed start date — on time

FAQ

Frequently asked questions from employers

How quickly can you supply workers?
The full process — from your request to the worker’s first day — typically takes around 2 months, depending on the country and nationality. We give you a realistic timeline in the first proposal.
Which countries do you supply workers to?
We currently place workers with employers in two countries — North Macedonia and Serbia. Our workers are recruited from India, Bangladesh and Nepal. Contact us if your country is not listed — we are expanding continuously.
Who is the legal employer of the workers?
That depends on the model you choose. With direct placement, you employ the worker under your local contract and we handle recruitment and permits. With temporary staffing or posted-worker models, the employment relationship can be arranged through us or a licensed partner, in line with the rules of your country. We explain the options in the needs assessment.
How are workers vetted?
Every candidate goes through identity and document checks, a structured interview, verification of certificates and licences, reference checks with previous employers and — for skilled trades — a practical skills test. Medical and criminal-record certificates are obtained where required by your sector.
What does your service cost?
Fees depend on the sector, number of workers, contract type and permit requirements. You receive a transparent written offer before we start — with no hidden costs and, in most models, no payment until the workers have started. Workers are never charged recruitment fees.
What happens if a worker doesn't work out?
We offer a replacement guarantee during the agreed probation period. If a worker leaves or does not meet the agreed profile, we present a replacement candidate at no additional recruitment fee.
