What data we collect and why
This website collects personal data only when you send it to us — through the contact form, by e-mail or by phone:
- Contact form: name, e-mail, phone (optional), type of enquiry, subject and message.
- E-mail and phone: the information you choose to give us when you write or call — for example your name, company, contact details and details of the workers you need.
We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry and to arrange possible cooperation. The legal bases are steps prior to entering into a contract and your consent (Article 10 of the Macedonian Law on Personal Data Protection and Article 6 of the GDPR). We do not use automated decision-making and we do not use the data for marketing.
Who processes the data on our behalf
The contact form is processed by our hosting provider, Netlify, Inc. (USA), through the Netlify Forms service: your message is stored on Netlify's servers and delivered to us. The transfer to the USA takes place under a data processing agreement and the EU standard contractual clauses. E-mail reaches us through our e-mail service provider, which processes the messages on our behalf. There are no other recipients; the data is never sold or shared for advertising purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep submissions only for as long as needed to respond and to complete any resulting cooperation, and then delete them — at the latest 12 months after our last contact, unless the law requires longer retention.
Your rights
Under the Macedonian Law on Personal Data Protection and the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise your rights, contact us through the contact form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Republic of North Macedonia (azlp.mk) or with the supervisory authority in your own country.
